Date Line Dallas TX- On August 17th Priests for Life reported that Fr. Frank A. Pavone, International Director of Priests for Life and an official of the Pontifical Council for the Family at the Vatican, arrived in Dallas, TX to attend and participate in one of the PRO-LIFE movement’s most historical and joyous occasions.

Priests for Life also reported that Miss Norma McCorvey, former plaintiff in the infamous 1973 abortion decision Roe v Wade, had been received into the Roman Catholic Church. These events were to include her Profession of Faith and First Communion and that Fr. Pavone was working with Miss McCorvey to schedule her Confirmation for a later date in Rome. However, last minute decisions were made and Fr. Pavone Confirmed Miss McCorvey that very morning.

Fr. Frank Pavone is a priest of the New York Archdiocese and an Official of the Pontifical Council for the Family at the Vatican where he helps to coordinate pro-life activities throughout the world. He has led the Priests for Life movement throughout the world since 1993. Priests for Life is an association recognized under the Canon Law of the Catholic Church.
