Here we give you a snapshot of some of what the Priests for Life family of ministries is doing in these days. We thank you for your support and invite you to get to know us better!

Priests for Life is coordinating a coalition of dozens of national pro-life groups to launch a major pro-life project beginning on March 25 the Solemnity of the Annunciation. We are urging people to observe that as the “Day of the Unborn Child” and then to journey through the nine months of pregnancy, with prayer, pastoral outreach, and education, so that people may learn about the development of the unborn child. See details at www.BabyChris.org.

We sent our most recent action alerts: Tell your House Representative to sign the discharge petition to force a vote on the Born-Alive Bill.

Sign a petition to protest abortion as a crime against humanity which is the result of the coalition of national pro-life groups we convened at our office last month, and

Did your Senator vote in favor of infanticide? Priests for Life is also calling on people to contact their Senators to comment on how they voted for the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.

Bryan Kemper, who heads up our Youth Outreach is busy planning our Summer Pro-life Camp activities with Survivors in July. We will be in the Washington DC area for 10 days training and leading young people in street activism and outreach from July 16 - 26.

Our International Outreach staff are at the UN working to protect unborn baby girls from sex selection abortion.

Our Gift entry department is busy entering donations and updating information on those who pledge monthly donations.

The resource department is sending out orders for the free book offer of "Inside The Atheist Mind" and also for our many orders of “In The Palm of His Hand” which is a great prayer booklet for 40 Days for Life and other pro-life prayer activities.

The Administrative Assistants are busy planning agendas for upcoming Pastoral Team meeting at the end of April as well as the next Leadership meeting in Washington DC.    We have also been blessed with many snowbirds visiting and touring our new world headquarters in Titusville, FL.

The Hospitality Department is always happy to greet our visiting snowbirds with coffee and snacks.  Looking forward to creating healthy and fresh meals for April Pastoral Team meetings, organizing Spring decorations for the office and café, and posting healthy meal choices on our Café Bulletin board.

We continue to promote the Lenten Prayer for Life.

The Travel Department is finalizing all April trips and, of course, putting together details of trips for various members of the pastoral team for the whole year!

Fr. Frank and the whole Pastoral Team continue to publish op-eds in various publications.

The Website Department continues to post the latest news on our homepage so be sure to visit EndAbortion.us every day.

Priests for Life continues our “End Abortion” podcast. It contains compelling arguments, testimonies, interviews, pro-life speeches, music, and more. It is hosted by Fr. Frank Pavone but will also include the members of the Priests for Life pastoral team. National pro-life leaders and other guests also will be interviewed. Tune in to the new End Abortion podcast on the following platforms (with many more to come): ITunes; IHeart Radio, Google Podcast; Sound Cloud; Sticher; and TuneIn.

See our media schedule to find out where you can find Priests for Life each week on TV and Radio. The Catholic View for Women continues to air new episodes on EWTN.

Fr. Frank Pavone and Evangelist Alveda King are working on a new book: Abortion in Black and White.

Praise for our work

Thank you so much. I am in tears. I had no idea there were any resources for birth mothers. I ordered the book. I hope it will help, but it helps just to know that someone at Priests for Life cares about women who give their babies away. I decided to check it out and I'm so surprised and touched. – Mary

Today, with little media coverage, the ERA was defeated via procedural votes in the Virginia House of Delegates. The Republicans held together on the critical vote. There is no doubt that the ERA-Abortion Connection was the single most important reason why the Virginia delegates held strong in the face of so much sustained opposition from the feminists.

I can’t thank Fr. Frank Pavone enough for his gutsiness and courage in lending his name and influence in the effort to confirm that ERA equals enshrining abortion rights in our Constitution. Besides media distribution, Father’s statement was distributed to a family rally in Richmond, VA by the Virginia Christian Alliance and copies were hand delivered to the offices of every Virginia legislator.

Please extend my gratitude as well as the gratitude of longtime Illinois Eagle leader and close confident of Phyllis Schlafly, Kathleen Sullivan, to Fr. Pavone. (When the feminists were pushing ERA in Illinois last May, Kathleen knew Fr. Pavone would be the best pro-life spokesman to contact.) Happily, this time we had a more favorable result.

Ed Martin would like Fr. Pavone to come on his radio show again and discuss this victory.

Fr. Frank, Thank you so much for all of the updates and educated information that you provide so that I too can spread the word of the gruesome act of abortion of a human child in a loving and caring manner. May God continue your ministry and provide you the strength to keep up the battle towards the evils of abortion. You are in my prayers.

[Regarding our alert]  I emailed one senator and called the other.  Your [suggested wording provided in the alert] were very helpful in giving me confidence to make that call. - Michele
