Early voting –

In person – Any person may vote early in person, no excuse needed, between February 18 and February 28 for the Primary; between May 19 and May 23 for the Primary Runoff; and between October 20 and October 31 for the General Election.

By mail – A person may vote early by mail only if he meets one of four requirements: he will be away from his county on Election Day and during early voting; he is sick or disabled; he is 65 years of age or older on Election Day; or he is confined in jail.

Early voting by mail ballots must be requested between January 3 and February 25 for the Primary; between March 28 and May 20 for the Primary Runoff; and between September 5 and October 28 for the General Election.
