Presidential and State Primary voter registration deadline – February 1, 2016

Early voting:

In person:

 Any person may vote early in person, no excuse needed: February 16 through February 26, 2016 for the Primary; October 24 through November 4, 2016 for the General Election.

By mail:

A person may vote early by mail only if he meets one of four requirements: will be away from his county on Election Day and during early voting; is sick or disabled; is 65 years of age or older on Election Day; or is confined in jail.

Requests for early voting by mail ballots may be made between:  January 4, 2016 and February 19, 2016 for the Primary; September 9, 2016 and October 28, 2016 for the General Election. Requests must be received, not just postmarked, by the deadlines above.
