HAWAII

Hawaii will elect a U.S. Senator in 2016.

General Election voter registration deadline – Application must be postmarked by October 10, 2016; voters may also register and vote at early voting locations between October 25, 2016 and November 5, 2016.  Times and locations of early voting sites are available at http://elections.hawaii.gov/voters/early-voting/.

Early voting –

In person –   Any voter may vote early in person, no excuse required.  Early in-person voting is available between October 25, 2016 and November 5, 2016. Times and locations of early voting sites can be found at http://elections.hawaii.gov/voters/early-voting/.

By mail –  Any voter may vote early by mail, no excuse required.  Applications for absentee/vote-by-mail ballots must be received by November 1, 2016. Absentee ballots must be received by the city or county clerk by the close of polls on Election Day.
