Early voting
In person – Any voter may vote early in
person at his county election board, no excuse necessary. For the Primary,
early in-person voting is available from April 9, 2012 until noon, May 7,
2012; for the General Election, from October 9, 2012 until noon, November 5,
2012.
Voters may visit their local County Election Board Office
to vote early starting 29 days before Election Day. Voters may find contact

By mail – To vote absentee by mail, you
must meet one of several qualifications, including that you will be absent
from the county on Election Day, you are disabled or have an illness that
confines you to home, you are over 65, or you will be working during all 12
hours that the polls will be open.
A voter may request an absentee/vote by mail ballot for
the Primary before April 30, 2012; for the General Election, before October
29, 2012.
