In person:

Any voter may vote early in person, no excuse required. Early in-person voting is available for the Primary between August 1, 2016 and August 11, 2016; for the General Election between October 25, 2016 and November 5, 2016.

By mail:

Any voter may vote early by mail, no excuse required. Applications for absentee/vote-by-mail ballots must be received by August 6, 2016 for the State Primary; by November 1, 2016 for the General Election. Absentee ballots must be received by the city or county clerk by the close of polls on Election Day.
