Early voting
In person – Any voter may vote early in person, no
excuse required. Early in-person voting is available for the Presidential
Primary between February 13 and March 5; for the State Primary between July
30 and August 20; for the General Election between October 15 and November
5.
By mail – Any voter may vote early by mail, no excuse
required. Voters may apply for absentee ballots as early as 180 days before
an election. Absentee ballots must be received by the close of polls on
Election Day.
