Early voting

In person – Early in-person voting is not permitted.

By mail – A voter may vote early by mail if he is physically ill or disabled; will be out of town on Election Day; is serving in the military; is working at a polling place other than his own on Election Day; or is unable to vote on Election Day due to religious observance.

There is no specific deadline for applying for an absentee/vote-by-mail ballot, but returned ballots must be received by Election Day.
