Dear Friends of Life, Welcome to another edition of Frontlines!

March for Life Convention and Pre March for LIfe Events

Even before the March for Life steps off on Friday, Father Frank Pavone has been working non-stop spreading the pro-life message. He spoke at a 40 Days for Life conference at St. Anthony of Padua Church, where he told about 100 people that the March for Life "inflames the spark of pro-life activism in people who were not active before."

After concelebrating mass with Cardinal Daniel DiNardo, bishop of the Galveston-Houston Diocese and chairman of the USCCB's Office of Pro-Life Activities, at the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land, Father Frank signed copies of his two books, "Ending Abortion" and "Pro-Life Reflections for Every Day." He greeted hundreds of people from all over the country, many of whom he remembered from previous travels.

He later concelebrated mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception with Cardinal DiNardo and hundreds of bishops and priests, including Priests for Life's Father Denis Wilde, Father Scott Daniels and Father Victor Salomón.

Alveda King also did several media interviews in between her speaking engagement at the John Cardinal O'Connor Conference on Life at Georgetown University and her attendance at various prayer services.
