...Pro-life organizations say abortion ought to be a key issue when voters consider their choice this election cycle. Frank Pavone of the group Priests for Life told a press conference last week that American voters face crucial choices in a few weeks. "What America will decide on November 2 is what type of government it wants to be," he explains: "The type that claims authority over innocent human life? Or the type that recognizes that there are rights no government can tamper with and truths no court can change." Pavone told the gathering that candidates who support the killing of unborn children are holding positions that are "so radically incompatible with public service that they obviously exclude such a person from that role." The organizations represented at the press conference vowed to do all they can to defeat any pro-abortion candidate at any level. [Bill Fancher]
