The form below provides two different boxes. One gives you the opportunity to send to Priests for Life your request for prayers for the living or the deceased; the other enables you to order our Mass enrollment cards. You may, of course, do both. After filling out the form(s) of your choice, please be sure to press the “Submit” button at the bottom.

Prayer Intentions
You may place as many prayer requests as you want on this page. Our Priests for Life priests and staff will remember those intentions in our prayers and Masses.

Mass Enrollment Cards  If you request our Mass enrollment cards (either for the living or deceased), those persons and intentions will likewise enjoy an ongoing remembrance in all our prayers and Masses. You will also have a card that you can present to the family or person whose intention we will remember.
