From the beginning of Priests for Life, the Catholic Press has been a major means for this ministry to spread its message.

Since 1993, Priests for Life has provided a continuous stream of articles to the Catholic papers throughout the United States. In the spring of 1997, Priests for Life began to make Fr. Frank Pavone's columns available to Catholic papers, as well as to a wide range of pro-life publications, on a bi-weekly basis.

The columns deal with various aspects of the Church's response to the abortion tragedy. They link various doctrines, liturgical feasts, and aspects of spirituality to the pro-life mission of the Church. The columns also highlight aspects of pro-life strategy, tactics, and action items and provide commentary on pro-life news.

These columns are available at the links above, in English and Spanish, and also in audio format. The columns are available by email, and one can subscribe by using the box to the lower left of this page, or by writing to us at subscribe@priestsforlife.org.

Fr. Frank's book, Ending Abortion, Not Just Fighting It, is a collection of some of his best columns.

Each year, we present to journalists the Bernardin-O'Connor Award for Pro-life Journalism, to encourage them in their coverage of pro-life topics.
